2024 ICON SAFETY MEASURES

ICON is proud to take additional measures to protect the safety of your children, so you can fully enjoy our weekend in confidence. Please contact our office today for more information.

ADDITIONAL SECURITY:

Icon has hired additional on campus/venue security including posted outside bathrooms and dressing rooms to make sure your child is protected during competition.

COMPETITION AUDIENCE ENTRY:

Icon has added an additional measure for Competition Entry. Each studio will receive a digital code to share with family and friends for audience entry. Competition will remain FREE of charge, this just ensures only members of your studio friends and family have access to watching your children/students.

PASSWORD PROTECTED VENUE GUIDES:

Icon online Venue Guides are all password protected. This way, YOU decide who has access to your student/childs location and schedule. Each registration will receive the password and have full access to share to family and clients.

LIMITED ENTRIES:

Icon's goal is to provide education in a safe environment. The number one way we ensure that, is to limit entries. We balance an exciting competition that is still a controlled environment in class and backstage to limit feeling overcrowded and unseen. This also helps the event stay safe!

FACULTY BACKGROUND CHECKS:

All ICON faculty, assistants, outside security, staff, and guest artists are fully vetted and background checked.
