FEES & RATES
• A participant’s age for ICØN’s 2025-2026 season is determined strictly as of January 1 that competition year.
Pas De Deux, Duets, small and large Ensembles:
Add the age of all dancers and divide it by number of the dancers. Final number should be between 5 and 19.
• Participants may enter the competition as soloists, as part of an ensemble or a Pas De Deux entry, or in any combination thereof. You must be registered with our Workshop Convention in order to compete.
• Participants may enter the competition either representing a school, as an independent student without a school affiliation, or as an individual dancer with school affiliation.
• Participants are welcome to register at multiple Semi-Final locations (subject to space availability at each location).
PLEASE USE OUR REGISTRATION LINK BELOW to secure your DEPOSIT and interest. We will then follow up with an invoice, and will finalize your Competition Titles, Music, and Details with our DanceCompGenie link. Space at every ICON event is extremely limited for quality and safety.
*2025-2026 Fees are available through a PDF FEES link you can download here, and share with your clients on JULY 1. The Dancer's "Registration Fee" includes all Convention Classes and GALA Choreography. Dancers who wish to participate in the Convention and GALA only and not compete may do so. Email with any questions, or to receive a custom invoice.
PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT DEADLINES:
For your convenience, we have three registration options:
1. Register your dancer and pay your fees in full - this means you are 100% registered, and we look forward to seeing you Spring 2026! If you Register and pay your fees in full by September 30, you will receive 10% off all Convention and Competition Fees. Use code "TENPERCENT" by September 30.
2. Register your dancer, and only pay a $50 registration “deposit” fee (this is per Dancer) - you can select “partial payment” on our Registration Site when checking out. This means you are secured a spot with our Early Bird Rate, however you will need to complete your full payment by November 1.
3. Register your dancers and secure their spot with the "deposit" fee. Full payment for Regular Rate must be received before 45 days prior to your event. Failure to complete payment will forfeit your deposit, and remove your registration from the event, no exceptions.
IN ORDER TO RESERVE SPACE AT ANY LOCATION, ICØN MUST RECEIVE A REGISTRATION FEE DEPOSIT OF $50 (per dancer, per location).
(This $50 is non-refundable, however 100% transferable, to future 2026 Event or future season). A 3% credit card processing fee is added for credit card payments only. Zelle, Wire, or Digital Check (ACH payment) option do not have any additional fee.
The final competition schedule will only include participants who paid balance completely no later then 45 days before competition date. We unfortunately cannot accommodate any exceptions due to limited space. Early Bird discounts will not be honored after November 1, no exceptions.
If your account is not paid in full in 45 days before the competition date, late fees will be added for each routine, or your registration may be removed at ICØN's discretion, and your Deposit will not be eligible for a refund. Credit can apply. Please check below for the Refunds policy.
ACCEPTED PAYMENTS:
ICON works with our secure processor and accepts payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH payment, Wire Transfer, Zelle. We do not accept mailed paper checks. Thank you for understanding.
REFUNDS/CREDITS:
Full Credit, is applied for the following season or additional city with a doctors note or extenuating circumstances.
Please communicate to the office as soon as possible if we need to change our competition lineup. Credit is always applied. Full Refunds are not available due to limited space. Please contact our office with extenuating circumstances (Graduating Senior, Life altering injury, etc).
BY Registering for a 2026 ICØN Dance Event, you agree to all these terms.
